Counselling for women recovering from difficult relationships
I offer counselling for women who are:
- recovering from long-term or emotionally harmful relationships
- going through separation or divorce
- struggling with low self-worth or confidence
- finding it difficult to express their needs or set boundaries
- feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted
In counselling, we can work on:
- rebuilding your confidence and sense of self
- understanding relationship patterns
- processing past experiences, including emotional abuse
- setting boundaries without guilt
- reconnecting with your identity and what matters to you
Many of my clients come to counselling worried about being judged or not believed. A central part of my work is creating a safe and supportive space where you can speak openly and begin to trust yourself again.
