I offer counselling for women who are recovering from long‑term or emotionally harmful relationships, going through separation or divorce, struggling with low self‑worth, or finding it difficult to express their needs and set boundaries .
Many of the women I work with feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, often after years of putting others first or trying to keep the peace in their relationships Current page.
My approach is gentle, steady, and grounded in creating a space where you can begin to reconnect with who you are and what you need.
