Hello, I am Silvina Capparelli, a qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am trained in both person-centred and psychodynamic modalities with a CPCAB diploma in Level 4 Therapeutic Counselling, Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies, Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.

Honesty is at the heart of everything I do. I bring warmth, friendliness, patience, and a nurturing presence into the therapy room. I’m not here to analyse you from a distance — I’m here to meet you human‑to‑human, with openness and genuine care. People often tell me they feel safe with me quickly, and that safety becomes the foundation for the work we do together.

I have vast experience of working with victims of domestic, sexual and psychological abuse, helping them overcome past and present traumas. I’ve also helped clients experiencing identity loss after moving to the UK, so they can transition and better integrate into a culturally different society. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with vulnerable clients in the finance sector struggling with financial abuse either by their family or are the victim of scams by helping them to overcome the trauma financial abuse causes.
